Site Safety Docs is a digital subscription. There are no physical goods and no returns of a parcel.
Email hello@sitesafetydocs.co.uk. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you have not used the service in a meaningful way and you ask within 14 days of first payment, we will refund that first payment.
After that, monthly fees already taken are not refunded, except where UK consumer law says we must, or where the product was not as described.
Paying does not make your RAMS legally approved. Refunds are about the software subscription, not about a principal contractor rejecting a pack.
Email us first. Card disputes are handled through your card issuer.
