Site Safety Docs provides a software subscription. This page tells you what we collect and why.
If you subscribe, our payment provider collects your name, email, card details and billing address. We do not see your full card number.
If you email us, we keep the address and message so we can reply.
The app stores jobs in your browser on your device. That copy does not automatically go to our servers.
To run your subscription, send receipts, and answer support questions. We do not sell your data.
Billing records are kept as UK tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with the query.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@sitesafetydocs.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO.
The marketing site does not need account cookies. Checkout may set cookies on the payment provider’s domain when you pay.
